Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We totally understand that life happens and you may not be able to make it to your appointment with us! If for some reason you do need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment to avoid being charged. 

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. No-shows and no-calls will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please note that you will not be able to book a new appointment until this fee is paid.

Our busy and in-demand stylists book out weeks in advance and if you cancel or reschedule last minute, it does not give us time to reach out to clients on our waiting list to fill your spot.
