CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to book an appointment, we require a credit card number on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we require 48 hours notice to do so. If you cancel within 24-48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. No shows and no calls will also be charged 50% of the booked service. You must pay for the missed appointment before rescheduling and returning to the salon. As we book most appointments weeks in advance, we need time to call those on our waiting list to fill your canceled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our time!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are running late, please do your best to let us know so that we can plan accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please be aware that we may not be able to perform your scheduled service and a cancellation fee will apply.
